General Information

Fees

Our fees are fair, reasonable and affordable.  Fees are determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated.  These fees are considerably lower than alternative treatment like extraction and replacement with a bridge or dental implant.  If endodontic treatment is indicated and decided upon, the fee quoted will include all necessary dental x-rays, all routine office visits needed to complete the treatment, routine post-operative treatment, and recalls.  Any circumstance requiring additional procedures (such as post and core buildups or surgery) or any visits during other than normal business hours will be subject to additional charges.  Consultation fees are expected at the time of the appointment.

Our office is committed to providing you with the best possible care, and we are open to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Our fees for root canal therapy vary based on the location of the tooth and the complexity of the individual case.

Full payment is expected at the time of service, and our office accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit Financing. Most root canals can be completed in one visit, so we appreciate your preparation for payment upon completion of your root canal therapy.

We must emphasize that as a practice limited to endodontics, our relationship is with you and not your insurance company. If your appointment is for a consultation, the consultation charge is to be paid at the time of your appointment, and our office will supply you with a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier. If your appointment is for root canal therapy, on the day of your office visit, you will be required to pay at least one-third of the total charge for root canal therapy, and your claim will then be submitted to your insurance carrier. We would emphasize that it is imperative that you bring your insurance information to enable our office to submit a claim on your behalf.
